1.  Please read these terms and conditions (Terms) carefully. By accessing and using our website and subscription services (Services), you indicate your acceptance of these Terms, any other notices, guidelines and rules published by us.

2.  If you do not accept these Terms please do not access or use our Services.

3.  We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Please review them regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued access to use of our Services after changes have been made to the Terms indicates your agreement to be legally bound by the updated and amended Terms.

 
Your Order

 

4. To place an order you must have a valid full postal address to receive a magazine.

5. You may place an order by filling in our online order form on this web site. We will not accept orders placed in any way other than this.

6. When you place your order, we will issue you with a unique invoice number. We will do this via the web site. Please note that such an invoice number is supplied for reference purposes only and does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

7. By placing an order, you make an offer to us to purchase subscriptions you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion.

8. If we accept your order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an order confirmation. We will send your order confirmation to you by email provided you have indicated an email address on your order form. The order confirmation will be effective on sending. If we cannot accept your order we will attempt to contact you by email or telephone or post.

 
Prices

 

9. The price for the subscriptions will be the price indicated on your invoice.

10. Delivery costs and other charges, where applicable, are payable by you as indicated on your invoice.

 
Payment

 

11. You may pay for your subscriptions by the methods of payment as may be displayed on the payment page of the web site from time to time.

12. You must pay in the currency as indicated on your invoice.

13.  If you are paying by credit card, then you must supply your credit card details when you place your order. Your credit card will be charged when we issue your invoice. We will not commence your subscriptions until your credit card issuer has authorised the use of your card for payment. If we do not receive such authorisation we shall let you know. We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.

14. If you are paying by cheque, wire transfer or post giro a request for payment will be sent to you and your subscriptions will commence after your payment is cleared. If we do not receive payment in cleared funds within 30 days after the date of your order then your order will be cancelled.

15. We will send request for payment, your invoice, and subscriptions to you at the billing address indicated on your order confirmation. We may, however, only send the documents by e-mail where you have indicated an email address on your order form.

16. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 
Supply

 

17. Subject to these terms and conditions, we will commence your subscriptions indicated on your order confirmation.

 
Delivery & Postage

 

18. Your subscriptions will start immediately with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself.

19. An acknowledgment email will be sent to you, the Subscriber, at the email address supplied within 48 hours of the  full and complete subscription order being received by us.

20. Delivery will be by standard second class post within the UK and printed paper post for overseas Subscribers and can take 8-12 weeks for delivery of your first publication depending on geographical location and local postage conditions.

21. Subscription orders cannot be back dated. Issues prior to your subscription start date can be purchased individually for the standard single issue rate as detailed on the publication website.

 
Distance Selling Regulations & Refund

 

22. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your subscription you have the right to cancel your subscription within seven days of receipt of your first subscription (known as the cooling off period). To cancel your subscription you must give notice in writing or email before the end of the cooling-off period.

23. If no magazine has been dispatched, you will receive a refund of your subscription amount. If the initial magazine of your subscription has already been dispatched, please return it to us stating who it is from and why you are returning it. After receipt of your cancellation notice ,before the end of the cooling-off period, and the returned magazine, we will refund your subscription payment in full.

24. We cannot refund a subscription cancelled after the cooling-off period and where the initial subscription magazine is not safely returned to us.

 
Cancellation

 

25. A subscription to our publication may be terminated at any time by the subscribers by contacting us. When termination is requested by a subscriber, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable other than detailed in Refund Section above. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of their annual subscription. We will endeavour to ensure that subscribers will cease to receive the publication from the month following their cancellation request.

26. In the unlikely event that we terminate a publication, Subscribers will be offered a subscription to a suitable alternative publication if applicable or a pro-rata refund on their subscription.

27. We reserve the right to alter the publication schedule, the number of editions per year for a publication and the medium of publication at any time.

 
Missing Issues

 

28. Should a subscriber not receive a publication that they are entitled to, they should contact us within six months of the issue publication date detailing their reference number and the issue number of the missing publication. We will endeavour to resend the missing issue but cannot be held liable for local postage conditions or postage failure. Due to limited stock levels we cannot resend missing issues that were published over six months before the missing issue request date.
